Thank You to the maintenance team headed by Juan! He always gets things done for me ASAP for my "home" and it makes me love Barrington Park more and more every day!!! I got my keys 9/20/19 and I have not been disappointed at all.

I found this place by chance as I was driving around looking for my new home. My realtor had taken me to several locations but none of them were right for me. From the time I walked in the door of the leasing office and Mr. Courts showed me what would be available in my time frame, the amenities and the overall property I was hooked. I have truly found HOME. I have lived here for 7 months now and cannot think of being anywhere else. The staff is always kind, the property is beautiful and best of all pet friendly. I hope to make Barrington Park Apts my home for a long time.

Maintenance is always professional and responsive to requests. The Front office: Jennifer and Charis, are always helpful and accommodating when needed. My children and I feel comfortable in our home here.

The lady that does maintenance is a sweetheart. I really can't complain with this location. Prices are a bit steep, and I'd be inclined to say that's the price you can pay for a quite place to live. Staff isn't the best at answering e-mails if you have questions and are not around to ask them in person. The first few months I lived there, I asked (twice on email, once in person) to get some new grass seed planted behind or patio. The previous neighbors would let their dog use the bathroom there and never clean it up- killing the grass. In person they said yes, but they never followed through, and I never heard about it again. Instead, the sprinklers kept kicking on, resulting in a muddy mess.

We moved in to these apartments last August, and we are THRILLED! We live in one of the two bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level models with the detached garage. Collectively, we have lived in four or five different complexes over our lives, and nothing compares to this community. When we walked in for the first time, we were greeted by Charis, who knows us by name and always says hi (she even stayed in the office for three days during a blizzard!). When Charis told us that she would be out of the office, so Danny would be handling our lease, we were wary (because we had grown so fond of her). BUT, Danny is just as great as Charis is! In addition, we have had the pleasure of getting to know Dante and Sam (maintenance crew) who fix any and everything as soon as you notify them (I hear they stayed up 24 hours straight during the same aforementioned blizzard trying to clear snow from our community for us). In addition to the great staff, the residents here are the best! Everyone is quiet and respectful, and it is a very safe community. We have gotten to know some of our neighbors, which you don't always get in apartments, so that's really nice. Overall, this is the place to live. Unlimited free parking, great staff, awesome neighbors...what more could you want?! (Also, our utilities are always super cheap!) Do yourself a favor and MOVE IN HERE!
